Bottled water coolers – tips on replacing bottles

Water coolers are commonly used in offices and homes, and they ensure a regular supply of clean drinking water. Water coolers come in two basic types – bottled and bottle-less water coolers.

Bottled water coolers are easy to install but people can sometimes find it difficult to change the huge bottles. Below are some tips and suggestions on changing bottles.

Step 1: Remove the empty bottle and clean the rim of the cooler with a damp cloth. This will clean the rim of any dust or dirt that might have accumulated.

Step 2: Use a new cloth and clean the new bottle. This will keep dust from getting into your water cooler.

Step 3: Take off the plastic cover from top of the bottle. The bottom half will separate on a scored line and the entire lid will pop off with the ring.

Step 4: Hold the edge of the bottle with one hand while the other hand deals with the bottle neck.

Step 5: Slowly tip the bottle until the water starts filling the water cooler. Place the bottle directly into the cooler and ensure that it sits evenly in the middle of the cooler opening.

The above mentioned steps will ensure that the bottle is properly fitted to your water cooler. Seek expert help if you are not sure on how to install the bottle.
