A good working environment not only means working with great people. It also includes having proper facilities that ensure employees are comfortable all through the day. Of these different facilities that offices should have, good drinking water sources are the most important. This is because water is the most essential requirement for anyone and having a fresh and clean supply of water will keep employees healthy, fit and active.

Including appropriate water coolers in the office is the best way to provide employees with a good supply of water. Here are two of the most popular water coolers that can be used in offices.

Bottled water coolers – This type of office water cooler includes a large plastic bottle which is perched upside down on a base that has a tap. These office water coolers are ideal for small sized offices. They can be placed anywhere and may also include a hot water option.

Plumbed-in water coolers – This is a more popular type of water cooler that is ideal for offices. Plumbed-in water coolers are best for larger offices. These have inbuilt filtering systems so dispensed water is purified and cooled to suit health and safety concerns. These are permanent fixtures and require little maintenance.

Regardless of the size of the office or its function, installing good water coolers is necessary to ensure employees are always hydrated so they are productive and alert. Office water coolers are available in different sizes, styles and designs that can meet the requirements of any office.
