How to install water coolers

Purified water coolers are an essential part of homes and offices. It is in fact one of the necessities considering the rising number of water-borne diseases. This is the reason why individuals have started looking more towards the installation of water coolers.

Water coolers are extremely cost-efficient and affordable. Such systems can be connected to the main water supply system at the shutoff valve. The users will first have to turn off the water supply. They will then be required to disconnect the water line placed at the valve.

Mark the areas which will be drilled against the cabinet side for the installation of the mounting brackets, unless you have a standalone water cooler. Tighten the mounting screws in their appropriate place. Reattach the water supply. Repeat the procedure with the outlet going to the supply and the tap. It is advisable to read the instructions thoroughly, which are provided with the equipment. The installation procedure differs on the basis of the model’s specifications.

Consult a plumber, if you are unfamiliar with the installation procedure. A plumbed in water cooler usually requires 30 minutes or so to install. Understand that the bottled models require to be cleaned regularly to prevent bacteria and other germs. Such equipment will ensure that you are provided with clear drinking water throughout the year.
