A survey was recently conducted to find out the reasons why most employees do not drink the stipulated 8 glasses of water a day. The major two reasons stated were either lack of easy access to a water cooler followed by lack of time to go to the nearest water cooler.

You first need to decide whether you want a bottled water cooler or a bottle-less water cooler. A bottle-less water cooler can be installed using the office plumbing system and requires minimum maintenance.
However, if the office is a rented space, the owner may not allow changes to the office premises. In such a situation, a bottled water cooler is best.
